This Privacy Policy explains how Snopac ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use the Aspire33 app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — power the conversation, generate guidance, and build your résumé;
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- To improve the Service — including reviewing conversations to fix issues and improve quality;
- To communicate with you about the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.
3. Human review of conversations
To improve Aspire33, authorised members of our team may review conversations and related content. We limit access to those who need it and handle this information responsibly. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers we share data with
We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They process your data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their function:

These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards as required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights").
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can delete your account and data yourself at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account) — see Delete your account for the steps. For other requests, email info@snopac.in from the number/account associated with your data. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to, or intended for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies (website)
Our marketing website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. The Aspire33 app does not use advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Each version carries a version number and effective date (shown at the top of this page). When we make material changes, we will update the version and may ask you to review and acknowledge the new Policy within the app.
