Delete your Aspire33 account
You can permanently delete your Aspire33 account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open Aspire33 and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Review what will be erased, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete my account.
Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email info@snopac.in with the phone number you signed up with. We will verify that you control the number (for example, by sending a one-time code) and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
What is deleted
- Your profile and career details;
- All conversations with Aspire, including voice recordings and transcripts;
- Your résumé and any documents you uploaded;
- Preferences, notification settings and device registrations;
- Your sign-in account (phone number association).
What is retained
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example, request counts and technical performance logs) are retained with all links to your identity removed. A record of the deletion itself is kept for compliance. See the Privacy Policy for details.
