These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aspire33 mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Snopac ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Aspire33 is an AI-powered career companion that helps you explore your career, answer career-related questions, and build a résumé through conversation. The Service is provided by Snopac, [Legal Entity Name], [Registered Address], India. You can reach us at info@snopac.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Aspire33 you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You sign in using your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. The Service & AI-generated content

• Aspire33 uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions and résumé content. AI can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and is provided for your assistance only — it is not professional, legal, financial or career-placement advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content — including your résumé — before relying on or sharing it.
• We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time to improve or maintain the Service.

5. Your content

"Your Content" means the information you provide — messages, voice recordings, career details and résumé data. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the information you provide.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• submit content that is false, infringing, or violates another person's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape or harvest data.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the "Aspire33" name and logo, is owned by Snopac and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for authentication, speech processing, AI models and cloud hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or lead to any particular career outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snopac will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting info@snopac.in. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and effective date (shown at the top of this page). When we make material changes, we will update the version and may ask you to review and accept the new Terms within the app before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law
